Randomness nobody owns
Each Drop is seeded by the first drand round after the week closes, its signature verified on chain. Your odds per slot are exactly your share of balls.
Three keys, 48 hours
Owner is a 2-of-3 Safe behind a 48 h timelock. It can tune two numbers. It cannot touch stakes, streamed ETH or the pot.
On chain, not in a database
No sign-up list on a server. Every weight is a Staked or Withdrawn event anyone can replay. Winners are addresses, not short codes.
No dust tricks
Starting a reward round needs 0.01 ETH queued or the last round over, so a 1-wei kick can't hold real rewards back a week.
Open source
Contracts, tests and this site are public on GitHub. Re-run any Drop from its seed and get the same winners.
